2019 Avon Holiday Gift List

It’s well past the time to consider gifts for the holidays. I am a bit late in getting my gift guide out; nevertheless, better late than never as they say. I’ve curated a selection of Avon items below. I’ve included self-care items as well as items that can be considered memorial gifts. Whether you are purchasing these gifts for yourself or a griever in your life, the selection here is meant to focus on celebrating the life lived and on personal healing.

I make a small commission when Avon products are purchased. Please see my affiliate disclaimer.

The holiday season is stressful in so many ways. Your schedule may be over-filled, you are rushing to buy presents for everyone, and trying to figure out logistics of holiday celebrations (such as travel and meal planning). For grievers, the holidays can be more intense and therefore the holiday season requires an increased effort at maintaining self-care.

Skin So Soft Wintersoft or Lavender Gift Set ($15)

This Skin So Soft Holiday selection includes three products (hand cream, body butter, and body wash). It is the perfect gift for the over-stressed griever (a redundant term) who needs an at-home spa day. To take care of one’s self means taking care of one’s skin, which shows our fatigue and dehydration quite easily, especially at this time of year. The Wintersoft and Lavender fragrances are seasonal, you won’t find these sets outside during the rest of the year. At $15 each, they are inexpensive enough for you to buy both–enough to last through most of the next few months of wintery weather.

Foot Works Ultra-Softening  Trio ($13.99)

Nothing says “spa” like a pedicure. Pair the Skin So Soft gift set with the Foot Works Trio (that includes Callus Cream, Softening Balm, and a Pedicure Tool). We don’t often think of our feet, yet we spend most of our day on them. Our feet deserve just as much TLC as the rest of our body does. You might be surprised how uplifting a newly-softened foot can be.

The classic Avon product lines (Skin So Soft and Senses) round out the spa experience by incorporating body oil, bubble bath, and shower gel into the self-care regimen. Soaking in a hot bath with the Skin So Soft body oil or the Senses scented bubble bath brings much-needed relaxation.

Add a candle from the Avon Fragrance Shop to complete the spa experience. Only a few holiday scents remain available for purchase. Other scents that targeting relation and energy are available in the Clearance items. The holiday scents are limited in availability; purchase yours now.

Fragrance is a helpful element of relaxation. My recent favorite fragrance of Avon’s is Haiku. I use the original Haiku perfume ($25) as my daily scent. It is crisp, clean and light. The Haiku scent is subtle yet comforting in its simplicity. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a down-to-earth scent that won’t overpower you but will give you a burst of energy when the scent reaches your nose throughout the day.

Haiku comes in skin softener ($8) and body lotion ($10), as well as perfume. There are several fragrances within the Haiku family, I have selected the original Haiku scent for its cleanness and simplicity.

If you are searching out gifts for a griever in your life, or for yourself if you are a griever, Avon has a variety of products that can be given as memorial gifts; gifts that commemorate the special relationship you (or someone you know) had with a lost loved one.

One way to keep a loved one in mind is to wear their birthstone. Avon’s selection of birthstone jewelry includes the Sterling Silver Birth Stone Band and the Sterling Silver CZ Birth Stone Necklace.

The Sparkling Signs Zodiac Necklace  is also an option for a memorial reminder.

For those of you who are mourning the loss of a loved one to breast cancer, Avon’s Pink Hope collection offers a variety of items to chose from. This year I have selected Avon’s Pink Hope Sterling Silver CZ Necklace as my holiday gift pick.

If you want a simple reminder of your loved one, Avon’s Pave Initial Disc Necklace makes a wonderful gift to yourself or to others. The initial is a very classic way to hold the remind you of your loved one. You could even pair this the Initial Disc with the Zodiac Necklace and/or the Birth Stone Necklace pendant.

I hope you enjoy this selection I have put together and that you find something here to meet your self-care needs. If any of the gifts won’t arrive by Christmas, print out a picture of the item and put it in an envelope as a TBG (to be given) present. People won’t care that the physical gift isn’t there; they will have something to look forward to.

If you’re thinking of purchasing for yourself, remember: you deserve it. You deserve some self-care and a little something to help keep your loved one’s spirit in your daily life.
